MIXING OF WATER SUPPLY RESERVOIRS FOR QUALITY CONTROL
Impounded waters are subject to quality deterioration. One method of avoiding such deterioration is artificial destratification. This paper briefly reviews water quality behavior in impoundments and describes the effectiveness of artificial destratification as a method of quality control.
