A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
As America's water needs and problems become more complex, more complex methods for coping with them must be assessed. A hierarchy of water quality is proposed as one of many possible changes in water supply practice, a hierarchy which would lessen the need to squander expensive, finely treated waters on rough usage.
