New Concept in Water Service for Developing Countries
This article discusses three small areas of the city of Asuncion, Paraguay, where a new concept of water service and distribution was developed that provided for a permanent healthful water supply in adequate amounts to individual dwellings at a price that the customer could afford and that would also pay for the service.
