A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Finding, training, and retaining a customer‐focused workforce is a challenge for the water industry, particularly for small systems with limited resources. Given the industry's focus on public health, water and wastewater utilities must perform in a fashion that promotes community cohesion and builds trust. Well‐trained and responsible staff are the frontline in meeting these objectives, hence the constant need to attract and retain the very best.
