Die Induktionsphase der Hydrochlorierung von metallurgischem Silicium wurde mittels einer oszillieren Mikrowaage untersucht. Es konnte gezeigt werden, dass während dieser Phase neben der Adsorption von HCl auf der Silicium‐Oberfläche die Diffusion des Chlors in die Bulk‐Phase stattfindet. Die Dauer der Induktionsphase kann mittels der Temperatur und HCl‐Konzentration beeinflusst werden.
The induction phase of hydrochlorination of metallurgical silicon has been investigated with an oscillating microbalance. It could be shown that in addition to the adsorption of HCl on the silicon surface during this phase the diffusion of chlorine in the bulk phase occurred. The duration of the induction phase can be influenced by the temperature and concentration of HCl.
