Evaluation of Intangibles‐A Case Study
Evaluation of intangible factors bearing on water‐project planning continues to be a problem. A simplified procedure is described that was developed to evaluate such factors leading to the selection of pipelines rather than canals for a proposed aqueduct system serving the Contra Costa County (Calif.) Water Dist.
