Die BMW Group plante im Jahre 2000 im Werk Dingolfing die Erweiterung der bestehenden Lackiererei durch eine neue zweigeschossige Halle, in der die chemische Vorbehandlung der Rohkarossen erfolgen sollte. Aufgrund der geringen Abstände zu benachbarten Produktionsbereichen und weiterer erschwerender Bedingungen mußte das Tragwerk als Stahlverbundrahmenkonstruktion in F90‐Bauweise errichtet werden. Der Beitrag gibt einen Einblick in die Vorgehensweise bei der Planung und Errichtung des Gebäudes.
Workshop building for car industry made from fire resistance composite framework structure.
In the Year 2000 the BMW Group extended the existing paint shop by a new two storey building for chemical preparing the unpainted bodies. Caused of the small distances of neighboured production lines and further aggravating circumstances the main structure of the new building had to be built as a composite framework structure made from steel profiles filled with concrete and with a fire resistance of 90 minutes. The following report contains the procedure designing and erecting the composite structure.
