A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
An Artificial Tale
Writers, artists, and architects embraced artificial intelligences (AIs) and allowed them to feed their cave‐person solitude. DALL‐E, Midjourney, and Disco became in‐house names, and image production became the neosocial pastime. As AIs proliferated, tech companies produced more varieties, including those for the everyday jobs, and marketed under an array of the titles, often with multiple functions. In the midst of the artificial weaving, a city boldly voted to crochet itself directly into the grid, ushering in a new era of convenience and automation. Crime and traffic accidents were wiped out, as perfect regulation and automation took over. The once‐vibrant and tangible world is now eclipsed by the electronic grip of the universal AI. The majestic Atlantic Ocean is nothing but a flow of bytes and information in a liquid bath of technology.
