Women, Women Everywhere—So Much Water to Drink!
It all began with an idea and a conversation… . At the 2014 California‐Nevada Section spring conference in Anaheim, Calif., I organized a women's networking workshop. Because of my previous experience in Canada with starting a women's organization, I felt compelled to initiate a similar endeavor in the California‐Nevada Section. My goal was to begin laying the foundation for a supportive platform to foster a sense of inclusiveness for everyone from experienced professionals to those just starting their careers.
