2011 New Product Technology Showcase builds on industry advances
The worldwide market for water—drinking water, industrial water, water treatment and reuse, and wastewater—is experiencing tremendous growth and change. Every country and region has some kind of water concern—whether it's supply, treatment, disposal, or quality. Water industry leaders are looking for technological advances to help them meet the challenges they face in providing their customers the best quality water at the lowest cost, and in the most sustainable way. The New Product Technology Showcase, presented annually at the AWWA Annual Conference and Exposition (ACE), displays up‐to‐the‐minute innovations from companies dedicated to excellence in product development and service to the industry. The 2011 New Product Technology Showcase, in its eighth year, again featured new products that are practical, save time and money, and help to protect the environment. This special JOURNAL section includes summaries of some of the products that were displayed.
