The 15‐minute city in Paris has become a benchmark for thinking about the cities of the future, demonstrating the city council's desire to create a harmonious urban environment focused on the needs and Parisians' aspirations. Converting vacant buildings is an issue that has also been at the heart of the urban transformations underway in Paris. The former Caserne de Reuilly site is an exemplary project that has become a new happy proximity focal point in Paris.
