MID‐CONTINENT WATER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
The mid‐western area of the United States needs close cooperation between its states in order that problems caused by an overabundance of water in one area and the complete lack of it in another may be alleviated. The possibilities for such cooperation, and the individual needs of the states involved, were discussed in a symposium held on May 19, 1969, at the Annual Conference, San Diego. Participating in the symposium were Keith S. Krause, Jack W. Fickessen, and Felix L. Sparks. Mr. Krause's paper was published in the Journal in June, 1970; pp. 376‐79.
