Automating Billing Procedures: A Case Study
In a six‐month period, the Regional Municipality of Peel in Ontario, Can., converted all its water and sewer billing procedures from a chaotic patchwork of information into a streamlined on‐line computer system. The system draws on a data base that contains complete information concerning customer water bills and accounts.
