A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
A recent USEPA review notes the difficulty of accurately pinpointing or quantifying the value of water, because it depends upon so many multiple dimensions, such as “the volume of water supplied, where the water is supplied, when it is supplied, whether the supply is reliable, and whether the quality of the water meets the requirements of the intended use.” The review concludes by saying that “protecting and efficiently managing our water resources is essential to maintaining a strong, vibrant economy.”
