Archive of Affinities Making Architecture from Architecture
Archive of Affinities is a digital collection and display of architectural objets trouvés, created and curated by Andrew Kovacs, assistant adjunct professor at the University of California Los Angeles. Elements, forms and architectural notations are selected from the Archive's galaxy of possibilities as the prima materia for his practice's projects. The juxtaposition of scale, taxonomies, typologies and colour gives the work of Office Kovacs its own particular flavour.
