Tunnel Intelligent Monitoring Measurement and Early Warning System
Inefficient monitoring problems such as insufficient frequency of manual monitoring of tunnel construction, untimely data collection, and inaccurate analysis are one of the main reasons for frequent tunnel construction safety accidents. Intelligent monitoring of tunnels can reduce human errors, improve the monitoring working environment, and reduce project costs, and has become a major development trend. This paper uses large deformation anchors as monitoring carriers to develop a tunnel intelligent monitoring, measurement and early warning system. The system consists of a measurement sensing system, a data transmission system and a terminal management system. This system has been successfully applied in the Leishan‐Rongjiang Expressway Project in Guizhou Province. Through this intelligent system, the condition of the surrounding rock is monitored accurately and in real time, achieving zero accidents on the Lei‐Rong Expressway and effectively ensuring the safety of tunnel operators.
