This chapter presents a number of detailed case studies covering a series of construction projects, a programme of value studies on a rail infrastructure major project, and an organizational change study. An overview is presented of the case study, the design of the value study, the use of function analysis, stakeholder and team management, outcomes and lessons learned. The chapter concludes with a lessons learned section across all case studies.
