COMBINED OPERATIONS OF WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITIES
Since the operations involved with water supply and wastewater disposal are similar, it may be beneficial to the eperator to combine these operations economically and structurally. This possibility was explored in a Joint Discussion held on Jun. 22, 1970, at the Annual Conference, Washington, D.C., by H. Edward Lordley, Ralph E. Graham, William A. D. Wurts, and Kenneth M. Lowthian.
