AWWA Members Among 2006 AAEE Award Winners
This article announces the 2006 Excellence in Environmental Engineeringμ Awards competition winners that ranged from a cleanup of a Superfund site in Colorado to a seawater desalination facility in California to an advanced wastewater treatment facility in Virginia. The top 2006 award, the Superior Achievement for Excellence in Environmental Engineering Award, was won by Kaiser‐Hill Co. LLC, a joint venture between AWWA member CH2M HILL and IFC Kaiser, for its cleanup of the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site.
