Last month's column regarding the upcoming increase in the number of peer‐reviewed articles to be published in Journal generated a number of comments. The majority were positive in regard to the planned expansion, with many expressing their excitement about the opportunity this will provide to also expand the number of topics that can be addressed in the general‐interest‐type materials. Several others commended AWWA's commitment to publishing more scientific research and content, pointing out that online publishing is the new reality for most journals.
