Tightening Access Within Water Treatment Facilites
This article announces that the Atlanta‐Fulton County Water Treatment Plant in Alpharetta, Georgia, was awarded the Water Treatment Plant of the Year in 2003 by the Georgia Water and Pollution Control Association for its effort to increase access control within and around the treatment facility as well as its many buildings. After assessing different access‐control technologies for the facility, the Atlanta‐Fulton Water Commission selected the CyberLock Access Control System for its versatility and heightened security features.
