Iron and Manganese Removal — A Case Study
There are certain areas of the country where the iron and manganese content of the water supply is extremely high. Through properly applied procedures it is possible to precipitate and filter out these unwanted metals. This article discusses the differences in filtration sometimes experienced when chemical oxidants are used in the precipitation.
