The Computer as Negotiator
Gaming‐simulation methods have been successfully applied to problems of water resources management. In addition, computer‐aided negotiation exercises are increasingly being used to help address the complex political and institutional issues that surround the allocation of scarce water during crises. Methods used by the authors and their experiences are discussed.
