Ozone Disinfection Pilot‐Plant Studies at Laconia, N.H.
The State of New Hampshire has mandated that alt water intended for potable purposes should be thoroughly and effectively treated. Because Laconia's water is of near‐potable quality without treatment, the decision was made to substitute carbon adsorption for coagulation, sedimentation, and filtration in combination with ozone disinfection.
