The East and Central Europe Journal Donation Project
The East and Central Europe Journal Donation Project was begun in 1991 in response to the great need of academic, research and national libraries in all the former Soviet dominated countries. It aims to create current journal archives for as many libraries in the region as possible through donated subscriptions by publishers. In the past year over 21,000 journals were given to approximately 200 recipient libraries. The project welcomes new participants.
