Hydrologic Feasibility and River Basin Planning
This article discusses approaching water development through comprehensive river basin planning. A brief review is provided of the types of criteria that must be used in the decision‐making process as it relates to river basin planning, along with feasibility criteria, economic criteria, social criteria, political criteria, technologic problems, and the hydrologic cycle.
