Consumer Attitudes Toward Mineral Taste in Domestic Water
This article discusses a research project intended to produce objective data for the recommendation of limiting standards, which was initiated by the California State Department of Public Health. The objective of this report was to outline the research program, discuss its rationale, and present results from initial surveys designed to field test and evaluate the newly developed research procedures.
