Spectral quasilinearization method for Sisko nanofluid past a stretching cylinder with activation energy and entropy generation effects subject to variable thermal conductivity
This article focuses on how activation energy and entropy generation affect the parameters involved in Sisko nanofluid with the presence of a stretching cylinder. Spectral quasilinearization method is applied to solve the ordinary differential equations representing the flow equations to have a highly accurate solution. Furthermore, all the parameters involved are graphically analyzed to see the behavior of velocity, temperature, and concentration behavior under different circumstances. With the increment of heat generation parameter, Sisko nanofluid shows an increasing nature in concentration unlike base fluids. Thermophoresis and Brownian motion effects are observed to be different than usual, especially in nearby wall zones due to activation energy and entropy terms being introduced on a stretching cylinder medium.
