Rights of Water Utilities in Streets
As cities become more crowded with both cars and people, new problems arise regarding where to put utility pipe and power lines. Environmental awareness and the desire not to have overhead power lines have increased the pressure to go underground. The problem now confronting utilities is how to fit all necessary lines underground safely and economically.
