Turning Data Into Intelligence to Improve Infrastructure Management
Utility managers are continually being challenged to justify rate proposals and infrastructure capital plans. This pressure forces them to search for additional meaningful data. Asset management, as a practical solution and a program, promises a great deal of information; however, everyone seems to be on an endless path of trying to turn raw data into some form of intelligence to help in the decision‐making process.
