The results indicate a noteworthy rise in the built‐up area over the years, accompanied by a decline in vegetation cover and agricultural land. This expansion has contributed to traffic congestion in key areas such as Mall Road, Sanjauli Chowk, and Circular Road. The implications of urban sprawl and traffic congestion are discussed, emphasizing the significance of effective urban planning and regulatory interventions.
