Face to Face – Is the Ogallala Aquifer Endangered?
Joe R. Harris of Camp, Dresser, & McKee, Inc., served as resource economist of a four‐year study of the Ogallala Aquifer. Under the direction of the US Department of Commerce, the study was performed by Camp, Dresser, & McKee as prime contractor, in association with Arthur D. Little, Inc., and Black & Veatch. AWIVA Executive Director David B. Preston discussed the findings of the study with Harris on March 24, 1984, in Denver, Colo.
