VIRUS REMOVAL BY COAGULATION WITH POLYELECTROLYTES
Attention has recently been directed to the use of polyelectrolytes for the treatment of water and waste. Polyelectrolytes have also been used for removing viruses from water. Under experimental conditions the cationic polyelectrolyte performed more acceptably than anionic and nonanionic types.
