COMPUTER METHODOLOGY AND WATER‐RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
As an adjunct to the NEWS study (reported previously in the JOURNAL) a program was undertaken to assess the water‐supply needs and approaches to their fulfillment for an area including a large portion of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Described in this article are the constraints according to which a computer study was run.
