In today’s era of modern medicine, the development of advanced diagnostic tools in the healthcare sector is growing by leaps and bounds. At the same time, diagnosis is becoming critical, expensive, and painful. Our ancient medical science of Ayurveda uses “Nadi Pariksha” which means pulse examination, the method effectively used as a holistic diagnostic tool in emergency and clinical conditions. It a need of time to standardize the procedure of pulse measurement as per Ayurveda classic texts and literature with defined parameters into a sophisticated diagnostic tool.
