Analysis of Noise Radiated by High-Speed Railway Bridge
The train-track-bridge coupling vibration theory and boundary element method were applied to establish a calculation model for the noise radiated by vibrating bridge. A 32 m simply supported PC-box girder serviced in Chengdu to Dujiangyan Railway in China was simulated as a case study, its spectrum characteristics and factors that affect the sound pressure level (SPL) were analyzed. According to the analysis, 3D plate element model is reasonable to reveal the local vibration characteristics of bridge in dynamic analysis. The higher train speed is, the much noise radiated by bridge, but it is not monotone increasing, in some speed it will culminate. Pier height has little effect on the sound field above the bridge, but it has a great effect on the SPL of sound field beneath the bridge at the same height from the ground. Due to the ground absorption and reflection of sound waves, it should be paid attention in calculating of noise radiated by bridge structure.
