Development and Application Research of Grouting Material in Mine Aquifer Transformation
Based on the requirements of material and technology of deep holes grouting construction on aquifer, laboratory tests have been carried out to study the main property parameters of cement-fly ash-bentonite-water reducing agent materials. Comparison has been done to analyze the influence of each component on age strength of the stone body, fluidity, bleeding water time and impermeability of the grout. The grouting material in mine aquifer transformation is developed. Field tests show that, during the process of deep holes grouting construction on aquifer, migration resistance of cement-fly ash-bentonite-water reducing agent materials is smaller compared to cement-fly ash-water reducing agent materials and general cement grout, and thus keeps good grouting property for fissure and joints of aquifer with high porosity, and improve anti-segregation ability of target strata, while significantly reduce grouting material cost, which is expected to offer some reference to similar projects.
