THE INVESTIGATION AND ASSESSMENT OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF THE ROUD CULVERTS IN THE MOLETAI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY ; MOLĖTŲ RAJONO SAVIVALDYBĖS KELIŲ PRALAIDŲ TECHNINĖS BŪKLĖS TYRIMAS IR VERTINIMAS
Hydrotechnical structures are constantly exposed to aggressive environmental factors, which lead to faster aging, wear and tear of concrete structures. During the entire period of use of the building and its structures, work related to the quality maintenance of their condition must be carried out. For this, technical maintenance of the building is carried out. This maintenance consists of many preventive and other measures that ensure the ability of the structure to be used as intended. One of the main measures is timely removal of defects and damage. After examining 30 water passages of the Moletai district municipality, the article presents the surface structural defects and damage identified by the visual instrumental method, analyzed their causes, summarized the results of concrete strength tests, determined by the non-destructive method (Šmidt's hammer). ; Hidrotechnikos statiniai yra nuolat veikiami agresyvių aplinkos veiksnių, sąlygojančių betoninių konstrukcijų greitesnį senėjimą, dėvėjimąsi ir pažaidų atsiradimus. Per visą statinio ir jo konstrukcijų naudojimo laikotarpį turi būti vykdomi darbai, susiję su kokybišku jų būklės išlaikymu. Tam vykdoma statinio naudojimo ir techninė priežiūra. Priežiūrą sudaro daugelis prevencinių ir kitokių priemonių, užtikrinančių statinio naudojimo pagal paskirtį galimybę. Svarbu periodiškai ir patikimai nustatyti statinių techninę būklę ir laiku šalinti defektus ir pažaidas. Straipsnyje pateikiama informacija apie Molėtų rajono savivaldybės teritorijoje ištirtų 30 kelių pralaidų techninę būklę. Būklė įvertinta vizualiniu ir instrumentiniu metodu; nustatyti paviršiniai konstrukcijų defektai ir pažaidos, išanalizuotos jų priežastys, apibendrinti gauti betono stiprio tyrimų rezultatai, nustatyti neardomuoju metodu.
