Energy recovery intensifies and that’s why heat consumption is becoming more and more important. The problems of this thesis are especially important to district heating suppliers and heat users, who must understand the influence of reduced consumption of heat on the price. The purpose of the thesis research is to evaluate the influence scale of the renovation to apartment buildings on the price of heat energy.
