The aim is to develop a multi-residental building complex, considering the sites current natural conditions, existing structures, the contextual landscape visual attributes, natural and cultural heritage values. Also considering further evolution. The designed structure must be modern, original, easthetic. It has to go well with moden norms of ergonomics, culture, landscape and economical parameters. Results: Completed a plot analysis of the site. In place of the currently standing, unfinished building, which ruins the view of the area, a new multi-residental building complex with parking is designed, which uses the foundation of the old building. The designed complex consists three multi-residental buildings, which could work indepentantly.
