Perioperative und postoperative Komplikationen und Outcome nach radikaler Prostatektomie in Abhängigkeit von Operateur und dessen Operationserfahrung ; Perioperative and postoperative complications and outcome after radical prostatectomy in dependence of the surgeon and his level of experience
Im Rahmen dieser Studie wurden praeoperative, perioperative und postoperative Operations- und Patientendaten von 1450 Patienten ausgewertet die sich einer radikalen Prostatektomie unterzogen haben. Es konnte bestätigt werden, dass der Ausbildungsstand und die Erfahrung des Operateurs mit den intra- und perioperativen Komplikationen korreliert sowie mit dem Outcome bezüglich Kontinenz und Potenz. ; In the context of this thesis, preoperative, perioperative and postoperative datasets of 1450 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy have been collected. Based on these patient and operation datasets it could be confirmed that the professional qualification and the experience of a surgeon correlate to the intra- and postoperative complication and the outcome of the operation in regard to continence and virility of the patient.
