ŽEMĖS SKLYPŲ FORMAVIMO PERTVARKYMO PROJEKTŲ RENGIMAS ALYTAUS REGIONE ; The organizing formation rearrangement project of plots of land in Alytus region
The formation and rearrangement of plots of land projects are the simplest correction of an agricultural land plot. With the increase of the size of private land, the need of these actions increases. The people that book all of these projects can observe this service in the informational system of the preparation of the land use planning documents (ŽPDRIS) that only started working since the year 2015. In order to understand the relevance of the forming and rearrangement of plots of land projects, what kind of rules need to be obeyed when doing the formation and rearrangement projects and how they need to be committed, legal documents, educational books and scientific articles, relevant to the topic of the thesis were analyzed. In the practical part of the work, the statistical analysis of the years 2014 and 2015 on the approval of the forming and rearrangement of plots of land projects and the preparation activities of the formation rearrangement of plots of land, the project adjustment, and publication was presented. In the thesis, the informational systems, functionality and problems of the land use planning documents were determined. The work is comprised of 35 pages, 17 images.
