STUDI PERBANDINGAN ENERGY EFFICIENCY RATIO PADA MESIN PENDINGIN KOMPRESI UAP ANTARA PENDINGIN AIR DAN UDARA DIKONDENSOR
The growth of the cooling machine market in developing countries reaches 14% per year. The magnitude of the development of the air machine and refrigeration market must be anticipated by providing energy sources and energy-efficient product engineering. The purpose of this study is to find out the value of the comparison of the Energy Efficiency Ratio and Coefficient of Performance of the cooling machine if the condenser on the cooling machine is soaked with water at different water temperatures. Therefore testing of compression vapor cooling machines is carried out by varying the temperature of water and air in the condenser. The test results show the comparison value with varying water and air temperature in the condenser obtained the highest EER value occurs at 20oC water temperature with EER value 15.15 in the morning test, while the EER value with air temperature variations only reaches 13.66 at air temperature 26oC. For COP value reaches the highest value at 20oC water temperature in the morning test with a value of 4.42. While the value of COP at air temperature variations only reaches the highest value at air temperature 26oC in the morning test with a value of 4.01. It was concluded that the ratio between water and air coolers was condensed against EER and COP, namely at EER values 15.15: 13.66 and for COP values 4.42: 4.01.
