The aim - to find out and evaluate energy drink consumption as a health risk factor management capabilities between Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Academy of Medicine, Faculty of Public Health and KTU Economics and Management Faculty students. The object - research - Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Academy of medicine, Public health dept. and KTU Economics and Management Faculty students. Conclusions: Energy drinks are consumed by the majority of the surveyed students, but students who do not consume energy drinks were more in the LUHS than KTU students. LUHS students consumed energy drinks more often due to the large workload and sleepless nights, while KTU - fashion and popularity. Almost half of the surveyed students after drinking energy drinks felt unwell: more than half of the students got dizziness, lack of air, cold sweat. Energy drink ads in university had been seen by the majority of the students, in addition to a majority they were given, for degustational purposes. Practical recommendations advised by students were to increase energy drinks awareness - education, advertising bans and alternatives (such as juice bars) grant, beverage purchase only at specialized outlets.
