PENERAPAN PERATURAN WALIKOTA PADANG NOMOR 20 TAHUN 2015 TENTANG OPTIMALISASI PEMANFAATAN LAHAN KOSONG MENJADI LAHAN PRODUKTIF
The mayor regulation in Padang number 20 of 2015 concerning optimization of emptyland use into productive land in general stipulation chapter 1 article 1 number 7 empty land is empty land with on area of apporoximatelly 100 m2. An empty area of±100 m2 is found in the kuranji area which is less utilized by the society. Formulation of the problem 1). How is the mechanism for utilized empty land into productive land based the mayor regulation on Padang number 20 of 2015? 2). What are the obstacles that arise in the process of optimizing the utilization of empty land into productive land in padang city? 3). What are the efforts of the goverment padang city to overcome the obstacles in the process of optimizing the use of empty land into productive land in Padang city? The research method was sociological juridical. The sources data are primary and secondary data. The data collection was interviews and obsevation technique. The data were analyzed qualitatively. Conclusions of the research result are: 1). The mechanism for using empty land become productive land based on the mayor regulation in Padang number 20 of 2015 concerning optimization of empty land use into productive land. a. Data collection b. Procedure of using empty land c. Technical guidance d. Funding e. The participation society f. Incentives and g. Reporting 2). Constraints that arise in the process of optimizing empty land become productive land in Padang city. Less optimal utilization of empty land, access to damaged rounds to get to the location, 3). Efforts made by the goverment Padang city to overcame the obstacles in optimizing empty land become productive land in Padang city.
