TUGAS DAN WEWENANG BADAN PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH (BAPPEDA) DALAM PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DI KABUPATEN AGAM
Bappeda is conducting a Goverment Planner elements carry out and coordinate the preparation, control, and evaluation of the implementation of the regional development plan and have detailed product performance by way of comparing a target with the achievement of each goal and its realization. So the author raised the issue of how the duties and authorities of the Bappeda planning in Agam Regency. What are the obstacles faced in the implementation of duties and authorities of the Bappeda planning in Agam Regency and efforts to overcome the obstacles faced in the implementation of duties and authorities of the Bappeda planning in Agam Regency?. The methods used in this research is the juridical sosiological data source by using the primary and secondary data obtained through interview and document study. The results of this research it can be concluded that the implementation of duties and authorities of the Bappeda planning in Agam Regency, besides a good planning system is needed and able to anticipate the effectivness of the implementation of the plan. Implementation of the five-years of Renja based on performance in achievement yet Renstra consistent due to several external and internal factors. To overcome these constraints are to conduct discussions in a forum SKPD and Musrembang development planning are carried out each year, the planning drown up in order to be more technically structured and the amound of found budgeted better suited to the needs, and the activities carried out in accordance with a set schedule and coordinate with relevant agencies.Keywords: The duties and authorities, Regional Development, Bappeda.
