VIRTUALITAS DAN REALITAS REFLEKSI SINGKAT ATAS ARSITEKTUR DIAGRAMATIK PADA DEKADE 1990-AN
In the decade of 1990s, there was an architectural narrative of diagrammatic architecture. This narrative still affects architectural development at present. This story appeared when some architects attempted to design based on thoughts regarding multiplicity (Deleuze's thoughts were frequently cited). Though this story is that of contemporary architecture, the story of diagrammatic architecture is not something absolutely novel. It is a new story that is formed by a certain Bergsonian/Deleuzian repetition. It is a repetition prompted by the memory regarding an attempt to reconcile theory and practice. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Pada dekade 1990an, terdapat sebuah narasi arsitektural mengenai apa yang dikenal sebagai arsitektur diagramatik. Narasi ini masih mempengaruhi perkembangn arsitektur hingga kini. Kisah ini muncul ketika beberapa arsitek berusaha mendesain berdasarkan pemikiran-pemikiran mengenai multiplisitas (pemikiran Deleuze sering dikutip). Sekalipun kisah ini merupakan sebuah kisah arsitektural kontemporer, kisah tentang arsitektur diagramatik ini bukan sesuatu yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Ia adalah sebuah kisah baru yang dibentuk oleh sebuah pengulangan Bergsonian/Deleuzian. Ia adalah sebuah pengulangan yang diprovokasi oleh memori tentang percobaan untuk menemukan teori dan praktek.
