Unique solution for difficult rigging problem
Construction of radio antenna network of aluminum conductors consisting of series of concentric triangles; solution consisted of suspending structural steel erection triangle from three mountain top towers which were to support final antenna, and pulling whole antenna through erection triangle and spreading it out on erection lines which supported triangle; this was facilitated by supporting junction plates on small four-wheeled cars which rode on erection lines like rails; total weight of aluminum conductors was about 70,000 lb and maximum span lengths were about 3600 ft.
