Reinforced concrete framework of six-storied building consists of 13 transverse portals spaced at 1.32 m along six floors, and at 2.64 m at ground level; curtain wall consists of octagonal window frames molded from fiberglass-reinforced polyester; frames are provided with neoprene border which forms air- and water-tight seal for glass panes swinging on horizontal pivots.
