The invention discloses an office building curtain wall capable of achieving automatic ventilation. The office building curtain wall comprises a rack and a power cavity located inside the rack, and adownward opening is formed in the power cavity. A power rotating shaft is rotationally arranged at front and back cavity walls of the power cavity. A curtain wall extending downwards to the lower sideof the rack is fixedly arranged on the power rotating shaft. A vacuum cavity is formed inside the curtain wall. A concentration detector located at the left side of the vacuum cavity is fixedly arranged inside the curtain wall. The concentration detector can detect the concentration of indoor carbon dioxide. The curtain wall can be automatically opened and closed according to the concentration ofcarbon dioxide inside an office, and therefore indoor ventilation and air exchange can be performed. When air exchange is performed inside the office, a light shielding device is not started, after air exchange is completed, the curtain wall is closed and therefore a ventilation opening is sealed. The outer side face of an office building is blocked through the light shielding device, and the phenomenon that light pollution happens when sunshine is irradiated to the outer wall face of the office building is avoided.
本发明公开了一种可自动通风的写字楼建筑幕墙,包括机架以及位于机架内且向下开口的动力腔,动力腔前后腔壁转动设有动力转轴,动力转轴上固设有向下延伸至机架下侧的幕墙,幕墙内设有真空腔,幕墙内固设有位于真空腔左侧的浓度检测器,浓度检测器能够检测室内的二氧化碳浓度,本发明能够根据办公室内的二氧化碳的浓度自动启闭幕墙,从而对室内进行通风换气,当本发明在对室内进行换气时,本发明的遮光装置不启动,当换气完成后,本发明会关闭幕墙从而封闭通风口,通过本发明的遮光装置挡住写字楼的外侧面,防止阳光照射到写字楼的外墙面上发生光污染。
